Trinity Village has a dedicated onsite Estate Management & Maintenance Team. If you are hoping to rent a property in the Village, the Management Office offers a full estate management service to residents. With access to a team of dedicated on-site contractors, the team are able to respond promptly and efficiently to all manner of maintenance issues. An out-of-hours service is also available for emergency situations.
Louie-Mae manages the Estate team & is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of Trinity Village.

Sinead is responsible for the facilitation of the lettings, renewals, reviews and associated Health and Safety. In addition to this, she works supporting the team and assisting residents when they are moving in or out!
Vaidas is responsible for the day-to-day reactive maintenance of the Estate; high priority works and post-demised property inspection tasks. Alongside Louie-Mae he also makes sure that all the H&S elements are achieved and maintained.
Kleanthis is responsible for the financial management of Trinity Village.
Charlotte is the assistant accountant at Trinity Village, and is responsible for assisting the team with a variety of admin and financial matters. & health & safety.
