Sykes & Son have now been at Trinity Village for just over a year and during this time we've had the opportunity to assist you with maintenance issues and discover what makes Trinity Village such a special and distinctive neighbourhood. We hope that your interactions with our team have so far been positive and we welcome any feedback which can be provided to the management office.
Hopefully we've seen the last of the boiler problems that tend to occupy our time over winter. We will always do our best to solve these problems quickly but they often involve a process of elimination and may take multiple visits to resolve.
Thankfully the warm weather doesn’t cause too many maintenance problems but one thing to keep in mind is security. If we're lucky enough to have a hot summer, you will no doubt be opening doors and windows for ventilation. Please ensure that if you leave the property, all available locks on doors and windows are securely closed and locked—even those on upper floors. You may also find your insurance invalidated if you leave any entry points unlocked.
