With our unusually tight-knit community and peaceful environment, it can be easy to forget that Trinity Village is in central London. The result can be a more relaxed attitude towards security.
Unfortunately, recent incidents have highlighted the importance of ensuring your home is as safe and secure as possible. When leaving your property unoccupied for any length of time, please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked. This is particularly important over the summer months when many homes may be empty for weeks at a time. Not only will this protect your home against crime but failure to do so could invalidate your insurance in the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim.
If you do not have a full set of keys for your property, or any locks do not work, please report this to the management office as soon as possible.
We have also experienced situations where residents have inadvertently been locked out of their property following a maintenance visit. This is because contractors will always lock a property in the most secure way when they leave. In order to avoid this happening, please carry a full set of keys at all times, even if you are just popping out for a few moments.
