Garden Squares Access Policy
Access to be available to all residents of premises within the Trinity Village Community.
Access to be available to both Trinity Church Square and Merrick Square.
Trinity Village Community comprises:
a) All of Trinity Church Square
b) All of Merrick Square
c) All of Bedford Row
d) Trinity Street (the South side between Trio Place and Falmouth Road
e) Falmouth Road (the West side only)
f) The block bounded by Cole Street, Globe Street, Trinity Church Square and Swan Street
g) Swan Street (East side) between Trinity Street and Harper Road
Note: the above comprises (in respect of the residential element) the area from which TNRA draws its membership.
The facility to be available free of cost to assured shorthold, assured and regulated tenants of the Corporation.
The facility to be available to other residents at a charge of £100.00 per household per annum.
The charge of £100 may be refunded at year end for six “designated gardeners”, to be signed off by the Landlord’s gardening contractor and recommended by the coordinator of the residents’ gardening committee.
The facility to be conditional on observance of user terms and conditions. Any breach of those terms and conditions will require the return of the fob to the gardens.
Access to both gardens will be by way of one security fob.
Only one fob will be issued per household.
Any loss of a fob to be reported to the Village Management Office as soon as possible.
The cost of a replacement fob will be £35.00.
