A Gardens Access Policy has now been finalised to make our two beautiful green squares more directly enjoyable for more of our residents.

Rules & Regulations
Authorised users are those who have been granted a Licence by the Licensor to use the Garden Squares, including members of their families who are resident with them and friends or relatives accompanied by them.
Garden entry fobs are the property of the Licensor. Each Licensee shall be entitled to one garden entry fob only and there will be one Licensee per household. Fobs are not transferable and shall not be lent to any unauthorised person. If a fob is lost the Licensee shall pay to the Licensor £35 for its replacement. Lost fobs must be reported to the Licensor in writing, a new fob will then be issued to the Licensee within 14 days. All persons using the Garden Squares are requested to see that the gates are properly closed on entering and leaving the Garden Squares.
Up to six Long Leaseholders (in excess of 21 years) and Freeholders who volunteer to provide assistance towards the upkeep and maintenance of the Garden Squares may (at the Licensor's absolute discretion) receive a refund of the Annual Fee following a recommendation from the resident's gardening committee and confirmation from the Licensor's gardening contractor that they have provided the requisite level of assistance.
Flowers, shrubs and trees shall not be picked or gathered in the Garden Squares other than by persons so authorised by the Licensor. No person shall walk or tread upon the flower beds or shrubberies. No person shall injure the lawn or any tree, shrub or plant, or do damage to the railings, walls, paths, seats or statues. Tree climbing is specifically prohibited.
Dogs are not permitted in the Garden Squares save for registered Guide Dogs.
Parties of any description in the Garden Squares are at the discretion of the Licensor such express written permission shall not to be unreasonably withheld.
Games creating noise or nuisance, or which the Licensor considers dangerous, are strictly prohibited. Any unreasonable behaviour which disturbs or interferes with other residents and their use or enjoyment of the Garden Squares is strictly prohibited.
Bicycles are strictly prohibited in the Garden Squares.
No person shall throw any waste paper refuse or other litter in or about the Garden Squares and any refuse must be removed.
The Licensor will use its best endeavours to enforce the rules. Any breach of these rules by the Licensee or any person exercising the rights to use the Garden Squares is liable to risk forfeiting the privilege of using the Garden Squares.
Barbecues and bonfires are strictly prohibited in the Garden Squares.
These rules and regulations rescind any previous rules governing the use of the Garden Squares.
The Garden Squares must be vacated by 10pm and the gates properly closed.
