We take tenant relations very seriously and to this end, we take regular meetings with the local residents association. At these meetings, we listen to their concerns and inform them of any current or impending issues which we are aware of that could have an impact on the local environment.

As well as consulting on a general level with the residents association, we also do our best to make living at Trinity Village as pleasant as possible for our tenants. We have compiled a list of helpful numbers that you might need if you choose to rent with us and have created a Tenants' Handbook which we give to tenants as they move in. The handbook is a general guide to living in Trinity Village which sets out what you can expect from us and what we will expect from you once you have moved in.
