A team of 4 multi-skilled tradesmen are deployed on site from 8am to 5pm to carry out any necessary repairs that may arise. Therefore, response times to repair issues are among the quickest in the industry. In the case of emergencies within normal office hours, response is almost immediate.
Capita Symonds also operate an out of hours emergency service for tenants, so even if the management office is closed, tenants can still obtain emergency assistance.
